Can I get some input on my remote PC controler?

Hello. I was wondering if I could get some input on a program I wrote. I made a program that you can use to control your computer. It is account based and you can set permissions for those accounts (you can't use rmdir or you can only use win, idle, and ls).
It is coded in Autoit. I know autoit isn't too advanced of a language, but with its new user definded functions, it is getting much better. Autoit isn't all I code in, but this server happens to be coded in it. I have just recently made it open source so you can download the source as well as just the binary (a copy that will run on any Windows system) from my website.
I am asking because I'd like to know how to make this thing better. Feel free to use my code as examples if you know Autoit, or just give me your thoughts. They will be welcome. It is a telnet server and the Windows telnet client is real buggy, so I put a Cygwin copy there for you to download.
